My Story

I’m Käts and I am a Hubspot consultant in Estonia. I’ve been in the Estonian start-up operations space for more than six years, where I have been part of growing teams where Operations has played a crucial role.

I founded OPS.OPS because I saw how business are struggling to find internal resources for Operational roles. It is common that operational activities are divided between different people, specially in Sales and Marketing, which does not support alignment between teams and no-one is actually responsible for the success.

Hiring an external consultant to help align your processes, manage your CRM or help with data migration from one tool to another can be a game changer for a growing business.
